INSPECTION
The modern inspection facility is fully equipped with the most up- to- date electronic, three dimensional measuring devices with automated data storage.
Our inspection process is part of the Quality Control program that starts when the raw material enters the plant. Material identification and control procedures continue on through shipping.

The Quality Control System is based on the “Total Quality Management Concept.” Within this concept, it is the responsibility of the entire VAHL organization to work toward achieving the highest standard of quality control possible.
The Quality Control System has been designed to provide flexibility in response to diverse customer requirements and standards. The system is also responsive to early detection of discrepancies and rapid corrective action.
The VAHL Quality Control Department is a separate service organization operating as a staff function under the direction of the Quality Control Manager who is responsible to the President.
The Quality Control System is applied to all phases prior to and including the entire process of manufacturing, inspection, testing, storage, packaging and shipping.
